1. About these terms
This store is operated by Dusknest, ABN 34671582291, Melbourne, Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may decline an order — if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we'll refund you in full.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We can change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order.
4. Product descriptions
Our lanterns are folded by hand, so colour, finish and small details vary slightly between pieces. Screens also render colour differently. We describe them as accurately as we can; minor natural variation isn't a fault.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photographs, illustrations and designs — belongs to Dusknest or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
6. Liability
Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can be limited, ours is limited to replacing the lantern or refunding its price.
7. Safe use
Our lanterns are decorative indoor products made largely of paper. Keep them away from water, don't cover them while lit, don't leave them unattended while charging, and keep them out of reach of small children. Don't open or attempt to repair the unit.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
