Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide from Melbourne for FREE. International orders shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. 

Processing time

Every lantern is folded and assembled after you order it. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. During sale periods and the lead-up to Christmas this can stretch to 5–7 business days, and we'll say so on the product page if it does.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, Australia Post tracked parcels typically take:

• Metro Melbourne: 2–3 business days
• Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra: 3–5 business days
• Perth, Darwin, Hobart: 4–7 business days
• Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days

These are Australia Post's estimates rather than guarantees, and they don't include our 2–4 day making time.

Cost

Free tracked shipping on every Australian order. No minimum.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned. If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email hello@dusknest.com.au and we'll chase it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email hello@dusknest.com.au within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. Send a photo of the damage and the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you. You won't pay for the replacement or its postage.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll re-send it once you've confirmed the correct address and covered the re-postage.
